During our stay at the hotel, we were amazed by the excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. One particular staff member, Ana, was extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, close to a market, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The rooftop terrace with a pool was a fantastic addition to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and convenient location.

the hotel's newly remodeled interior with painted brick walls and high ceilings gave it a unique and characterful ambiance. the staff were extremely gracious and provided us with excellent recommendations for late, night dining. the location was perfect, within walking distance to famous landmarks and attractions, and the close proximity to a gluten, free bakery was a definite plus for us.

Although the hotel had a bar, it did not have a restaurant on, site. This was a bit inconvenient at times, especially when we wanted a quick bite to eat.

We stayed at this hotel recently and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, being in a great neighborhood with easy access to the nearest metro station. The room was well-equipped with ironing facilities, heating and air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The terrace was lovely and the soundproofed rooms ensure a great night's sleep. The staff were also amazing, making us feel very welcome with a complimentary welcome drink.

During our Christmas stay, we really liked the fact that the rooms were very comfortable and clean. the beds were especially comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. the hotel's location was also a key highlight, as it was in a nice area and conveniently located near attractions and restaurants. Additionally, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was that there were no slippers provided in the room. We had to ask for them separately, which was a bit inconvenient.
