During our stay at the hotel, we were amazed by the excellent customer service. The staff were very good too make our experience nice. One particular staff member, Ana, was helpful and accommodating. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, close to a market, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The rooftop terrace with a pool was a fantastic addition to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its really good service and convenient location.

We stayed at this hotel recently and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, being in a great neighborhood with easy access to the nearest metro station. The room was well-equipped with ironing facilities, heating and air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The terrace was lovely and the soundproofed rooms ensure a great night's sleep. The staff were also amazing, making us feel very welcome with a complimentary welcome drink.

During our Christmas stay, we really liked the fact that the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The beds were especially comfortable, made for a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was also a key highlight, as it was in a nice area and conveniently located near attractions and restaurants. we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, delicious and offered a wide variety of options.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was that there were no slippers provided in the room. We had to ask for them separately, a bit inconvenient.
